Your order will arrive in a lovely giftwrap, carefully packaged in a sturdy envelope.
Please note that most of my items are one of a kind and that all orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis. My site is updated as promptly as possible, however, if an item is sold out, I will notify you and issue a refund.
Payment through Paypal or creditcard
I accept Paypal and all major creditcard through Paypal. If you don't have an account with Paypal.com just click for option "I don't have a paypal-account" at the check out and you can pay with either Visa, American Express, Mastercard or Discovery.

Paypal is currently the most popular online payment system of its kind. It provides secure online payments for millions of people all over the world.
Use the new order form to place your order. I will get back to you as soon as possible, with a total, including shipping, in American dollars. I will then send you a Paypal invoice for that amount.
Shipping
My jewelry is being shipped all over the world. Your purchase will ship within 48 hours after your payment has cleared. It generally takes about a week after payment. Shipping within Europe takes about 2 to 3 days.
Shipping fee
The shipping fee for each item is very modest, about 2 to 3 dollar per piece (the actual price of the stamps). That means that your item will be shipped through Global Priority Mail.
I cannot track parcels sent with GPM so the buyer bears the risk. (So far this has never been a problem.) If you want to be sure your item can be traced, registered mail is a more secure way of shipment. This will add $ 10.00 to the price.
If you order for more than $ 100, I will only charge the extra $ 10.00 if you prefer registered mail.
Please note that I have no influence over how long the parcel is kept at customs!
Warranty
Your satisfaction is very important to me. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please notify me within 10 days of purchase. You can send the item back to me and I will give you a full refund. Custom orders and sale-items are non-refundable.
In the event of breakage within 30 days or purchase, I will repair your item free of charge. That includes breakage during shipping. Return shipping cost is customer responsibility.
Disclaimer
Please note that my jewelry is not that keen on swimming or showering. Best to leave it at home or on the nightstand before you get all wet. ;-)
